Managing and Governing AI workforce by using Agent Outcomes

Agent Outcomes help platform owners, service leaders, and business stakeholders understand and quantify the operational and financial impact of BMC HelixGPT AI agents deployed in their environment.
The unified dashboard brings together agent performance, cost, and value metrics, enabling teams to assess BMC HelixGPT adoption using measurable, traceable data instead of estimates.

Agent Outcomes addresses the need for administrators and decision-makers to quantify the digital workforce capacity created by AI agents, identify which agents deliver the most value, evaluate operating costs, and track performance against strategic and operational goals. The feature provides calculated KPIs such as Additional Digital Capacity and Digital FTE Gained, aligned with configurable benchmarks and targets.

The Agent Outcomes displays details for the prebuilt AI agents that are configured in it. You cannot view the details for agents that are customized or not preconfigured.
