​BMC HelixGPT leverages third-party LLM providers, such as Azure OpenAI, to offer the flexibility to adapt language capabilities to client-specific requirements. This approach enables organizations to verify and customize language support to address regional and global business needs effectively.

BMC Software has tested the English language for prompts, knowledge articles, catalog services, and user queries to make sure high-quality, consistent performance and efficient processes. The BMC HelixGPT does not support the Turkish language.

For clients seeking to implement support in additional languages, we recommend validating compatibility within their development environment. Note that the third-party LLM and embedding providers generally do not disclose language support specifics or training datasets, so a manual validation of the language support level is essential.

Which version of  supports multiple languages, based on the languages supported by OpenAI?

BMC HelixGPTprovides experimental-qualified support for languages supported by third-party LLM models and through embedding models. For more information about embedding models, see multilingual-e5-base .

Clients can validate the level of support for a specific language in their development environment. Note that, BMC HelixGPT models do not publicly disclose language support or dataset training, making it necessary for you to manually validate the degree of support for each language.
