It helps service desk agents or case agents to automatically generate articles from incident or case details within BMC Helix ITSM (ITSM) and BMC Helix Business Workflows (BWF). It helps agents by suggesting content and validating articles for accuracy before publishing. Articles are generated in BMC Helix Knowledge Management by ComAround (HKM) or in BMC Helix Innovation Suite Knowledge Management (ISKM).
