Troubleshooting product issues


Knowledge workers can view troubleshooting information in the help articles hosted on the ComAround Knowledge portal. The portal is powered with Microsoft Azure cognitive search, which ensures that you can find the relevant help articles easily and the search results improve over time.

As a knowledge worker, an error is generated when you try to upload a video to a knowledge article. To look for troubleshooting information, perform the following steps:

  1. Log in to ComAround Knowledge

    Important

    To access ComAround Knowledge,  you must first subscribe to BMC Helix Knowledge Management by ComAround by purchasing the BMC Helix Service Management Advanced license or the standalone license. BMC Helix Knowledge Management by ComAround is also available to customers with entitlements in BMC Helix Virtual Agent Basic and BMC Helix Virtual Agent Advanced subscriptions.

  2. On the Home page, select Settings > Help
  3. Enter the search term - error uploading video
    You can also filter or browse for a relevant article. 
  4. From the results, locate the appropriate articles, as in the following example:

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
