Accessing product documentation provided by help articles
Before you begin
Make sure you can access ComAround Knowledge.
- Make sure you have valid login credentials of BMC Helix Knowledge Management by ComAround or you are a valid user in Microsoft Azure active directory. For more information, see User-interface-overview.
To access BMC Helix Knowledge Management by ComAround help articles
- Log in to BMC Helix Knowledge Management by ComAround.
- On the Home page, select Settings > Help.
- Enter the search term.
For example, enter create videos from articles as shown in the following image:
Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
