Statement of direction: End-of-life for BMC TrueSight Operations Management integration features

BMC Helix announces that BMC TrueSight Operations Management integration capabilities in BMC Helix Digital Workplace will be discontinued.

Background

BMC TrueSight Operations Management reached its end of support on March 31, 2025. For more information, see End of Life Notification: TSOM & Sentry for TSOM.

As a result, the service health monitoring capabilities previously available in BMC Helix Digital Workplace through integration with BMC TrueSight Operations Management are discontinued starting with version 25.2.

Statement of direction

Starting with version 25.2, BMC Helix Digital Workplace no longer supports integration with BMC TrueSight Operations Management for displaying service availability information. Additionally, the BPPM pluggable provider is no longer functional.

To continue displaying service availability data, we recommend transitioning to the Service Health API. You can download the API documentation as a zip file: service-health-v1-api.zip.
