Administering BMC Helix Digital Workplace

Set up BMC Helix Digital Workplace so that your organization users can leverage the product for their day-to-day activities.

To perform your administrative tasks, you use the Admin console. This console is the administration interface for managing services and knowledge articles, which enables the creation of an effective workspace where each user or user group acts within a functionality restricted to them. For example, you can adjust branding, configure what type of notifications end users will receive, or enable Google Analytics to collect metrics.

For these and other features, access the Admin console by the following URL format in a supported browser: https://serverAddress:port/dwp/admin
