Quick start for asset managers
As an asset manager, your primary responsibility is to manage entitlements for the users in your organization. Entitlements ensure that users have access to the services they need to do their work. As an asset manager, you perform the following tasks:
- Create virtual marketplace entitlement groups to contain items such as services, bundles, and promotional banners.
- Assign users to virtual marketplaces, which entitle them to view and request the items in the BMC Helix Digital Workplace end user console.
- Invite other administrators to help you entitle published services, bundles, and banners to BMC Helix Digital Workplace users.
