Hybrid deployment architecture

BMC Digital Workplace Cloud can integrate with BMC Digital Workplace Catalog Cloud and BMC HR Case Management OnDemand. You can run Smart IT on premises, even when you are using BMC Digital Workplace Cloud. The following diagram illustrates this hybrid deployment. Alternatively, Smart IT can be hosted in the Cloud environment on the same server as BMC Digital Workplace Cloud.

BMC Digital Workplace mobile applications

A native mobile app for BMC Digital Workplace is available, which you can distribute to your users as described in Deploying-clients.
