Configuring QuickViews

QuickViews show reports to staff members in the Remedyforce Console tab. They can also use QuickViews to quickly access the required records. QuickViews are not available in the Remedyforce Console tab by default. You must enable QuickViews in your Salesforce organization. This section helps you in enabling and administering QuickViews.
