Viewing the CMDB Dashboard and CI-related reports


The BMC Remedyforce CMDB Dashboard displays configuration item (CI) related reports that show the health of your CMDB.

To view the BMC Remedyforce CMDB Dashboard

  1. Click the Reports tab.
  2. From the Folders list, select BMC Remedyforce CMDB Dashboard.

  3. In the Name column, click BMC Remedyforce CMDB Dashboard.
    The BMC Remedyforce CMDB Dashboard is displayed. For information about the reports available in the dashboard, see CI-related reports.

To view more than five records in a report

By default, out-of-the-box reports in the BMC Remedyforce CMDB dashboard show top five records. Based on your requirements, you can customize the reports to displays more than five records.

  1. On the BMC Remedyforce CMDB Dashboard, click Edit.

  2. For the report for which you want to add more records, click wrench_icon.gif.
  3. In the Maximum Values Displayed field, enter the number of records that you want to view in the report.
  4. Click OK.
  5. On the BMC Remedyforce CMDB Dashboard, click Save.

CI-related reports

The following table lists the reports that are available in the BMC Remedyforce CMDB Dashboard by default. By default, all these reports show top five records. To show more records, see To view more than five records in a report.
