Skill-sets required for BMC Remedy integration


The following table provides information about the skill-sets required for integrating BMC Remedy IT Service Management (BMC Remedy ITSM Suite) with BMC Release Process Management and for using automation scripts (in steps) for performing your deployment tasks.

Operational knowledge of BMC Remedy AR System is required.

Installation of BMC Atrium Orchestrator

Operational knowledge of BMC Atrium Orchestrator is required.

Configurations in BMC Atrium Orchestrator

  • Operational knowledge of BMC Atrium Orchestrator is required.
  • Knowledge of BMC Remedy AR System forms is required for customizations of any field labels or field values.

Configurations in BMC Release Process Management

Operational knowledge of BMC Release Process Management is required.

Customizations of automation scripts in in BMC Release Process Management

  • Programming knowledge of working with Ruby scripts is required.
