Remote Integration Service upgrade removes pproxsrv service

If you have installed the pproxsrv service on the remote Integration Server for configuring the HP-OM and Tivoli adapters, the Integration Service installer removes the pproxsrv service when you upgrade the Integration Service to version 11.0. The pns.reg file entries are also removed.

Workaround

After upgrading the Integration Service, perform the following steps:

  1. Open the Command Prompt and run the following command:
    pproxsrv -install -p 3182 -m
  2. Load the pns.reg file.
