Uninstalling App Visibility Manager components

This section provides instructions to uninstall the App Visibility Manager components on Windows and Linux computers.

Note

TrueSight Application Visibility Manager 11.3.03, TrueSight Application Visibility agents for JAVA and .NET 11.3.01, and TEA Agent 11.3.03 are the latest versions of the components and they are compatible with TrueSight Operations Management 11.3.04.

If you want to uninstall the entire App Visibility Manager system, the order does not matter. Otherwise, uninstall the component or components in the following order:

  1. Agents, in any order:
  2. App Visibility proxy
  3. App Visibility collector. In a high-availability environment, uninstall the standby node before the active node.
  4. App Visibility portal. In a high-availability environment, uninstall the standby node before the active node.
