Unable to install the Presentation Server
If the TrueSight Presentation Server computer does not meet the system requirements
The installation logs provide messages that indicate that the expected or recommended configurations are not met.
You need to ensure that the target computer meets the system requirements and then rerun the installation.
You can find the installation logs at:
- Windows) Default directory: \Temp\truesightpserver_install_log.txt
- (Linux) Default directory: /tmp/truesightpserver_install_log.txt
You can see the following log messages indicating the expected or recommended configuration and the actual configuration values.

If the TrueSight Presentation Server computer does not meet the required configuration limits
Before installing the TrueSight Presentation Server, you need to ensure that the target host is configured with the required settings. This configuration is required only if you are installing TrueSight Presentation Server on a Linux computer.
You can change the required configurations either manually or by running the PreinstallConfig.sh script located in the installation directory (with root permissions).
