Open Port 2100

If you are using an Infrastructure Management server version 10.5 connected to the Presentation Sever version 11.0, then you must open port 2100 for the connection to be successful. For more information on ports for version 10.5, see Network ports for Infrastructure Management and Setting RMI port.

Note

For PATROL Agent version 9.0.20, you can use a direct event-only integration from the PATROL Agent to an Infrastructure Management cell. This integration is non-streaming and cannot be configured through Central Monitoring Administration or the TrueSight console.

BMC recommends that you upgrade to the latest PATROL Agent version.
