Uninstalling

If you want to uninstall the entire BMC TrueSight Operations Management system, the order does not matter. Otherwise, uninstall the component or components in the following order:

  1. Agents, in any order:
  2. App Visibility server
  3. Infrastructure Management components
  4. Presentation Server

The Real End User Experience Monitoring Software Edition can be uninstalled without impacting the other TrueSight Operation Management system components. The Real End User Experience Monitoring Software Edition can be viewed through the Real User Analyzer and Collector user interfaces.
