Configuring the Triage and Remediation Solution
The Triage and Remediation Solution integrates the BMC Remedy IT Service Management (IT SM) and the Infrastructure Management systems, using BMC Atrium Orchestrator as the enabling technology. To implement the solution, complete the configuration tasks listed in the following table:
