Supported content packs

The following table provides a list of content packs supported with different versions of the TrueSight IT Data Analytics (or IT Data Analytics) product.

You can download these content packs from the BMC Software Electronic Product Distribution (EPD) website. For more information, see Downloading-the-content-pack-files.

On the EPD website, after you navigate to the IT Data Analytics content packs under the Components View, you can see that the downloading files are available under the Products tab. By default, the Products tab filters on the latest version. The Version list displays the list of dates displayed in the format, "YY.MM". For example, 20.14.12 indicates December 2014.

These dates represent the date on which the content packs are updated on the EPD website. You can change the version to see the content packs that are updated on an older date.

Recommendation

Sometimes you might find more than one copy of the same content pack. This means you might find more than one copy for monitoring the same product logs.

BMC recommends you to use the latest copy of the content pack available.

The following table provides a list of all the content packs (filtered on the latest version 20.15.06) available on the EPD website, under the Products tab.

You can filter the items in the table by typing the content pack name in the Content pack name on EPD box.

The following table provides a list of the archived content packs. These content packs are previously released and are no longer displayed when you select the latest version under the Products tab.
