11.3.02: Fix Pack for TrueSight Presentation Server 11.3.01
This topic provides instructions for downloading and applying Fix Pack (11.3.02) for TrueSight Presentation Server 11.3.01. Fix packs do not contain all of the files that are required for a complete product installation. Before you install the fix pack, you must have previously installed the base version of the product.
The TrueSight Capacity Optimization 20.02 is supported with TrueSight Presentation Server 11.3.01 and its service packs and patches. For details, see Compatibility-matrix.
BMC recommends that you apply the most recent service pack or patch to get the latest updates to the product.
Applying the fix pack
Applying the fix pack consists of the following steps:
Step 1: Download the fix pack
To access the EPD website, you must provide your BMC Support credentials. You must be licensed for the product to access the download page. You may be prompted to complete the Export Compliance Form.
Use the EPD links in the following sections to access the installation files on the EPD website. From the EPD page, download the installation files for your platform.
