Disaster recovery (theoretical approaches)

Consider one of the following approaches for implementing disaster recovery (DR) for BMC Real End User Experience Monitoring systems.

  • Replicating the production system and having the replicated Real User Collector components capture traffic data from the network as well
  • Replicating all components except the Real User Collector components and feeding traffic data to both the production and DR systems from the production Collectors
  • Third-party replication tools
