Java crashes and restarts due to the TSPS ServerCell jar issue

Problem

Java crashes and restarts multiple times due to the TSPS ServerCell jar issue.

Solution

To fix the issue, assign access permissions to the ServerCell folder to the PATROL Agent root user.

  1. Log on to PATROL Agent system as root.
  2. Execute the following command - chmod -fR 775  $MCELL_HOME/etc/locale.
  3. Log on to the PATROL agent computer with PATORL user credentials.
  4. Restart the PATROL Agent.

Verification

  1. Restart the PATROL Agent.
  2. Verify if the monitoring has started and Java is not crashing.
