​​​​​Filter SQL queries using Average execution time field in Oracle monitoring profiles

PATROL for Oracle Enterprise Database KM supports filtering SQL queries by using the Average execution time field. This capability allows you to monitor only those queries whose average execution time exceeds a configured threshold. This helps you focus on slow‑running queries that might impact database performance while reducing noise from short‑running queries. The Average execution time filter is available for Oracle Standalone, Oracle RAC, and Oracle Data Guard monitor profiles. 

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
