Oracle RAC One Node failover

When a failover occurs, the Oracle RAC One Node KM sends the PATROL Agent configuration to the new host where the instance started at. The KM sets the exclusion flag for that instance, so that it is not monitored at the previous PATROL Agent.The instance status of the old node is in alarm for two cycles, till the execution flag is reset to 1.
