Description of Errors generated in MTAColl (MTAColl)
This parameter dollects PerfMon data and populates the MTA consumer parameters; if collection fails, contains a description of the error that prevented data collection. When such errors occur, the text description of the problem is set as the parameter value and the parameter goes into an ALARM or WARNING state.
