The following error messages will help to discover the source of problems, and help you to resolve them.

ZXC9982E | ZXC9982E: Connection Timeout | Slow response from the Entuity server, you can increase the Connection timeout using the KM command, or locate the PATROL Agent on a server that is not far away from the Entuity server in order to make fastest responses |
ZXC9983E | ZXC9983E: Unknown error has occurred, Message: | Report the problem to your customer support representative |
