Troubleshooting


This section contains resources to help resolve issues that might arise.

Device not displayed

It takes several minutes for the Entuity server to fully discover a newly added device. Until discovery is completed, the device is not displayed in the BMC PATROL Console.

Java not working

Run the relevant Java script from the command line:

  • NT: ZXC_startClient.bat
  • UNIX: ZXC_startClient.sh
