Prerequisites

This section contains information about requirements that must be in place before beginning the installation.

  • WinRM 2.0 should be configured on all the Citrix Delivery Controllers and license server in the Site to allow remote access to the system. 
  • The PATROL Agent, Citrix Delivery Controllers and license server must share the same domain.
  • Ensure that you have a domain user with Read-Only Administrator Citrix privileges with access to all the Citrix Delivery Controllers, Machines and License Servers of the monitoring Site.
  • Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package must be installed on your PATROL Agent machine.
