PATROL for Citrix XenApp 2.0.00 now supports Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop 7.5 and 7.6. It enables you to:

  1. Discover and monitor the following components of a configured Citrix Site:
    1. Delivery Controllers
    2. Delivery Groups
    3. Machines belonging to Delivery Groups (Server OS/ Desktop OS)
    4. Published Applications
    5. Machine Catalogs
    1. License Server
  1. Configure the KM through the BMC TrueSight Infrastructure Management Central Monitoring Administration
Accessing online Help

Online Help for KMs is no longer available from the following consoles:

  • PATROL Central Operator – Microsoft Windows Edition
  • PATROL Central Operator – Web Edition
  • PATROL Console for Microsoft Windows
  • PATROL Console for UNIX.

However, online Help will continue to be available from the BMC TrueSight Operations Management console and BMC Central Monitoring Administration. For more information, see Frequently-Asked-Questions-about-online-help.
