Configuring Performance Data Collection Account

Perform the following steps to configure performance data collection account.

  1. Navigate to the Citrix XenApp node.
  2. Right-click the XenApp Farm node and select Knowledge Modules (KM) Commands > Configure Performance Data Collection Account.
  3. In the Configure Performance Data Collection Account dialog box, provide the following information:
    1.  In the XenApp Server text box, enter name of the XenApp server that you want to monitor.
    2. In Username, enter user name for the server. This user must have Citrix View Only admin privileges.
    3. In Password, enter password for the user.
    4. In Confirm password, confirm password for the user.
    5. In Port, enter WinRM port number for XenApp Server.
    6. In Protocol, select the protocol that will be used for connection. By default, HTTP protocol is used for connection or you can select HTTPS protocol for connection. For HTTPS only self-signed certificate is supported.
    7. If Use XenApp Farm Configuration is selected, then the configuration that is used for configuring XenApp farm will be used for configuring XenApp server.
  4. Click Apply.
  5. Click Close to close the dialog box.
