Support for Hebrew characters in monitor policies with the PATROL Agent on an English‑locale OS

BMC Helix Operations Management supports Hebrew characters in Knowledge Modules for monitor policies when the PATROL Agent runs on an English-locale operating system. With this enhancement, you can configure monitoring rules that include Hebrew text for log searches, web content checks, and SQL queries. As a result, you can accurately monitor logs and queries that contain Hebrew characters.
