IIMonitorEvent class
The IIMonitorEvent event class is a subclass of the MonitorEvent event class.
When you use BMC Helix Intelligent Integrations for the first time to configure an integration with a third-party source (for example, Prometheus), the IIMonitorEvent event class is created and a subclass (for example, PrometheusAlerts) is created for that source. When you configure an integration with any other source later (for example, Aternity), a subclass is created for that source.
To understand the event class hierarchy and class inheritance, see Event-classification-and-formatting.
For information about the sources supported by BMC Helix Intelligent Integrations, see Supported out-of-the-box integrations for BMC Helix Intelligent Integrations.
The IIMonitorEvent class includes the following slot that can be used across all the subclasses:
Slot | Slot display name | Type | Description | Hidden? |
---|---|---|---|---|
external_id | external_id | String | Used for associating events with CIs. | No |
