Set Per-Device Score Point Values for a Business Workflow

To set business workflow score values for individual managed devices follow the steps below.

  1. Log in to BMC Helix Network Management as a user with the SuperAdmin access level.
  2. Go the the main menu and select Administration > Grouping > Strategic Group to open the Strategic Groups Administration page.
  3. Locate the strategic group you would like to edit in the strategic groups table.
  4. Select the edit icon for that group in the ACTIONS column.
  5. On the edit page for the strategic group locate the device for which you would like to set custom point values in the Devices panel.
  6. Select the edit icon for that device in the ACTIONS column.
  7. Set custom point values for the device check types as desired.
  8. Select Save.
