The Overview page displays the total event count for a selected time range as shown in the following example image:

Anomaly events
In a streaming and interconnected world of data analysis, an anomaly is an unexpected spike in the time-series data, a break in the periodicity, or an unclassifiable data point within a specific data set. An anomaly condition can occur independently or be due to a combination of factors. For example, a combination of slow response time and high memory utilization can cause a breach in the expected system behavior. An anomaly event depicts an anomaly condition.
