Enabling notifications in Microsoft Teams

BMC Helix AIOpsintegrates with Microsoft Teams to alert operators of an impact on a service or a creation of Situations due to problems detected in the environment and can then take corrective actions to resolve the impact. A BMC Helix chat application is available for Microsoft Teams, which alerts operators immediately about the impacted in their Microsoft Teams chats or channels.

A tenant administrator with Microsoft Teams administrator permissions installs and configures the application for your organization. Operators can also proactively send commands to get information about the health of a service in addition to being notified in case there's a disruption.
