If a service is healthy, you do not need to run any automations. - Scroll down and click Analyze Root Cause to view the impacting nodes and the top causal events for that node.
If the causal event matches the conditions defined in an automation policy in BMC Helix Intelligent Automation, one or more relevant automations are displayed.

Click Run this Automation against the automation policy that you want to run in BMC Helix Intelligent Automation.
- Click Refresh to view the latest status of the automation.

Details such as the status, duration, and other information is displayed. You can click the Automation Policy link to view the output of the automation run.
