License entitlements
BMC Helix provides information about license entitlements when you download the product on the Electronic Products Distribution (EPD) website. From the EPD page, select and download the license information file. Access to the EPD website requires that you provide your BMC Helix Support credentials. You might also be prompted to complete the Export Compliance form.

You are licensed to use only the features that you purchased pursuant to your license agreement and applicable order. The latest version of this BMC Helix product does not require a license key. If you have a previous version of this product installed that requires a license key, request the key by going to the BMC Helix Customer Support website at http://www.bmc.com/support and click on Case Management or call the BMC Helix 24x7 Customer Care Team at 1-800-537-1813 or 713-918-2950. Submitting the request via the BMC Helix Customer Support website will expedite the request. The information documented in EPD reflects the standard terms and conditions. Additional terms and conditions may be found in your BMC Helix contract and in the End User License Agreement (EULA). Contractual agreements generally supersede standard terms and conditions.
