Support for updated technology stacks 

The following technology stacks are supported:

• Kubernetes 1.29
• OpenShift version 4.15
• Nginx Ingress Controller version 1.9.6
• PostgreSQL version 15.5

PostgreSQL migration utility to migrate data from PostgreSQL database version 12.9 to 15.5

Starting with the BMC Helix ITOM release 24.2, we only support PostgreSQL database version 15.5.

Before upgrading to BMC Helix ITOM version 24.2, use the PostgreSQL migration utility to migrate data from PostgreSQL database 12.9 to 15.5.

Automatic generation of anomaly events

The autoanomaly services are part of BMC Helix Operations Management and BMC Helix AIOps. 

To enable the automatic generation of anomaly events, you must set the value of the AUTOANAMOLY parameter to yes in the deployment.config file.

Parameters added to or removed from the infra.config and deployment.config files

• The AUTOANAMOLY parameter is added to the deployment.config files. To enable the automatic generation of anomaly events, set the value of this parameter to yes.

• The following parameters were renamed:

  Old name	New name
  ENVIRONMENT	TENANT_ENVIRONMENT
  COMPANY_NAME	TENANT_NAME
  COUNTRY	TENANT_COUNTRY
