Error from server (NotFound): deployments.apps "deployment-repository-service" not found

Scope

This error occurs while configuring disaster recovery if you have not deployed BMC Helix Operations Management or BMC Helix Continuous Optimization.

Solution

Ignore the error.


Error from server (NotFound): statefulsets.apps "ml-model-store" not found

Scope

This error occurs while configuring disaster recovery if you have not deployed BMC Helix AIOps.

Solution

Ignore the error.


Disaster recovery pods are in error state

Scope

This error occurs when the data restoration fails.

Workaround

  1. Check the disaster recovery restore pod logs.
    Get the pod logs by running the following command:

    kubectl -n $ITOM_NAMESPACE logs $POD_NAME
  2. If you find any issue in the logs, resolve them.
  3. Re-run the disaster recovery restore script ./disaster-recovery.sh restore.
  4. You can manually delete the disaster recovery restore error pods after the data restoration is completed successfully.
