Managing folders

BMC Helix Continuous Optimization provides a simple, intuitive, and customizable folder system that allows you to classify the analyses and models that you create.

For each domain, there is a root folder called Works in which you can create your own folder structure, with the required nested levels. Folders can be private or public.

Tip

A private folder is only visible to its owner, while a public folder is visible to all the users with access to the domain.

By default, when a new domain is created and does not contain any analyses, you will find the link to the Works folder Navigate to drop-down list. After the creation of the first folder, analysis, or model, the Works folder is displayed in the navigation pane.
