Preparing for installation


Before installing Remedy Single Sign-On, you must complete the following tasks:

Make sure that you have the required access and permissions to run the installer and the user permissions for BMC Helix SSO database on all servers where you will install BMC Helix SSO.

Install Java and Tomcat on all servers where you will install BMC Helix SSO.

Obtain the files that you need for installation from the BMC Electronic Product Distribution (EPD) site. Upload and unzip the installation files to all servers where you will install BMC Helix SSO.
