- Entitlements are subject to change.
- BMC Helix ITSM SaaS service or on-prem solution is a prerequisite for this offering.
Add-on services
The following add-on services are available for Digital.ai for BMC Helix:
- Digital.ai Customer Success Subscription for BMC Helix – a Customer Success resource (BDR) will provide ongoing data monitoring, creation and removal of user accounts including roles and permissions change, and two annual refreshes of the machine-learning module.
