Obtaining container images and utility files for deployment on Docker and Podman containers
You obtain the container images and the utility files required to deploy the BMC Helix Intelligent Integrations on-premises gateway by downloading them from the BMC Electronic Product Distribution (EPD) website. The utility files include the deployment script and other supporting files required for deploying the on-premises gateway.
Your ability to access product pages on the EPD website is determined by the license entitlements purchased by your company. To understand which files you are entitled to download, access the license entitlements for your product.
To obtain the container images and utility files
Select the EPD link to download the product installation files for your platform. Access to the EPD website requires that you provide your BMC Helix Support credentials. You might also be prompted to complete the Export Compliance Form.
