Downloading the container access key

Download the token required to obtain container images from the BMC Electronic Product Distribution (EPD) site. You can use this token to perform the following tasks:

  • Pull images from BMC Helix DTR during the setup of a Harbor registry and then use those images to deploy the on-premises gateway later
  • Pull and use images during the on-premises gateway deployment

To download the container access key

  2. Select Product Downloads > Product Download Tool.
  3. On the Products tab, in the search box, search for BMC Helix Intelligent Integrations.
  4. Click the product version (for example, 26.1.00).

Warning

Important

When you switch the organization to bmchelix by using the Docker personal list on the Docker page to access repositories, you might encounter an error.
This is expected behavior because the page is designed for managing tokens and not for accessing repositories.
To access repositories, perform the following steps:

  1. On the Docker page, on the left navigation pane, click Hub, and then select Repositories.
The Repositories page initially shows no repositories.
  2. To view the repositories, click Docker personal list, and switch your account to bmchelix
