Accessing container images and utility files for deployment on on-premises Kubernetes and OpenShift clusters

The container images for the BMC Helix Intelligent Integrations on-premises gateway are hosted on BMC Helix Docker Trusted Registry (DTR), which is available at hub.docker.com. 

You can generate the token required to access container images from the BMC Helix Electronic Product Distribution (EPD) site. To learn how to generate the token, see Downloading the container access key. This token is required as a password to pull images from hub.docker.com when setting up a Harbor registry or when performing the deployment.

The utility files are available on BMC Helix EPD for download.

You can access the container images in one of the following ways:

  1. Log in to the EPD. by using your Support user ID and password.
    You might also be prompted to complete the Export Compliance Form. If you are accessing this site for the first time, create a new EPD profile to specify the languages and platforms that you want to download. For assistance with EPD, see EPD site help.

  2. Click BMC Helix Intelligent Integrations Version <versionNo> for Linux.
    The utility files (hii-bmc-<buildNumber>.zip) are downloaded.
