Monitoring BMC Helix Intelligent Integrations

Monitor BMC Helix Intelligent Integrations by using events and dashboards:

• Notification events: When events or metrics data streaming stops for a third-party source, a notification event is generated in BMC Helix Operations Management. The notification event indicates that there is an issue with data collection.

• BMC Helix Intelligent Integrations Node dashboard: Monitor the overall health of the host on which on-premises gateway is deployed. In addition, identify any interruptions in data collection and distribution by viewing the HTTP response and throughput.

• Container Performance Metrics dashboard: Monitor the CPU, memory, and storage consumption by the Docker and Podman containers running in a BMC Helix Intelligent Integrations on-premises deployment. The dashboard also displays the network input and output of the containers.
