Onboarding and implementing

BMC Helix Intelligent Integrations and  BMC Helix Developer Tools enable you to build integrations with third-party and BMC products to collect event, metric, topology, and services data .

After your subscription is activated, perform the following tasks as a tenant administrator:

When your account is created, you receive a URL and the credentials to log in to BMC Helix Portal .

  1. Log in to BMC Helix Portal.
  2. Click the BMC Helix Intelligent Integrations   or BMC Helix Developer Tools tile to launch them.

Configure your identity provider to set up more users and user groups, and assign specific permissions to them. Perform user management functions in BMC Helix Portal .

As a tenant administrator, use BMC Helix Intelligent Integrations to integrate with third-party products (cloud-based, on-premises, or hybrid) to collect event, metric, and topology data. 

As a tenant administrator, use BMC Helix Developer Tools to build custom integrations, integrate with TrueSight Operations Management , and collect logs for BMC Helix Log Analytics.
