Filter data and schedule reports by additional fiscal time ranges
As a dashboard user, use the additional fiscal time ranges to filter data in dashboards and schedule dashboard reports. The additional fiscal time ranges provide detailed insight about your dashboard reports, which can help in better financial comparison and transparency.

Audit the configuration changes in BMC Helix Dashboards
As an administrator, track and monitor the activities performed in BMC Helix Dashboards and take corrective measures. You can audit the changes done in Preferences, Report scheduler settings, data sources, and alarm policies.

Track open and pending workplace-related cases by using the Workplace Service Dashboard
Use the Workplace Service Dashboard to gain insights into the metrics for workplace-related reactive and preventive maintenance cases created in BMC Helix Business Workflows. This dashboard helps you to track workplace-related cases, address issues in a timely manner, and monitor the workload of team members.

View log volume in the out-of-the-box AWS dashboard
To help you keep a track of the tenant space utilization, log collection statistics are now reported in log volume instead of log count in the Amazon Web Services (AWS) dashboard.

Monitor ETL health by using the marketplace content dashboard
As an administrator, use the ETL Health dashboard in the marketplace content to monitor the health of ETLs configured in BMC Helix Continuous Optimization and understand the overall impact on data collection.

Personalize your dashboard views
By default, dashboards provide a generic view to the users with the filters set by the dashboard author. As a dashboard user, you can personalize your dashboard views by saving the filter criteria. You can also avoid resetting the filters repeatedly.

Display date in local time format
BMC Helix Dashboards displays the date in panels by using your browser's local time format. Any panel that displays a date can use the time format that is set in your browser.
Filter the BMC Helix Portal Audit dashboard by applications
As an administrator, filter the BMC Helix Portal Audit dashboard by the applications on which the audit activities are performed. You can also select multiple options for the dashboard filters.

Customize the BMC Cross-tab panel plug-in
As an administrator, set the number of columns and rows allowed in a cross-tab panel. You can also choose the colors and background of the column and row header text.

Log collection statistics are reported in log volume (in MB) rather than log count in the Kubernetes and Self Monitoring dashboards.

Track DevOps Metrics for change requests
As a SaaS administrator, editor, or viewer, you can use the DevOps Metrics dashboard to monitor the details of all the closed and completed change requests. Track the metrics in this dashboard to optimize your organization's performance and achieve the DevOps ideal levels of speed and stability, as defined by organizations such as DORA (DevOps Research Association).

Name change for BMC Helix Business Workflows License usage dashboard
The License usage by Requester - Summary report dashboard has been renamed to Active User License Usage Report dashboard.
