Enhancements to Report Scheduler

  • As a dashboard user, schedule reports for the previous week, previous month, previous quarter, and so on.
  • As an administrator or an editor, view the date and timestamp of a PDF report generated by the FTP scheduler. This information helps you to store multiple copies of the same report in the FTP location.
  • As an administrator, manage the report schedules of other users in your organization. You can view, delete, run, or disable the report schedules created by other users.

For more information, see Scheduling-reports-for-automatic-distribution.

Download the BMC Cross-tab dashboards as tables in Excel format

You can download and modify the BMC Cross-tab dashboards and panels as tables in Microsoft Excel instead of as images.

View the complete panel data in PDF format

As a dashboard user, download the complete data of a dashboard panel in PDF format instead of as an image of the data visible on your screen.

For more information, see Sharing-and-embedding-dashboards

For more information, see Sharing-and-embedding-dashboards.

Resize the SQL editor

As an administrator or an editor, resize the SQL editor box while writing a dashboards query. This feature gives you an extended view of the SQL query.

Support for CSV community data source plug-in is dropped

The option to add a CSV community data source plug-in has been dropped from the 22.4.01 release. We recommend that you use the BMC CSV data source plug-in to visualize the CSV data.
