BMC Helix: Group wise and Role wise users list dashboard

 As an administrator, use the BMC Helix: Group wise and Role wise users list dashboard to view which users are assigned to specific roles or groups in BMC Helix Portal. The dashboard provides a list of users according to user groups and roles.

To view a dashboard

1. Log in to BMC Helix Portal as an administrator.
2. Open BMC Helix Dashboards.
3. From the navigation menu, click Dashboards.
4. Search for the Helix Common Services folder and select it.
5. Click BMC Helix: Group wise and Role wise users list.
   
    
6. From the Roles list, select a role to view the users assigned to that role. 
   
    

7. From the Groups list, select a group to view the users assigned to that group.
   

   Information

   Important

   Users with roles inherited from groups do not appear in the list.

    

Panels in the BMC Helix: Group wise and Role wise users list dashboard

Panels	Description
Users: Filter by Role	Displays the user distribution by role through a pie chart.
Users: Filter by Group	Displays the user distribution by group through a pie chart.

User data filter by Role

Panels	Description
User Name	Displays the user name.
Login ID	Displays the login name of the user.
Activation date	Displays the date and time when the user was activated.
Source	Displays the source of the user such as local or external.
Auth type	Displays the type of user authentication type
Status	Displays the status of the user.
